ESTAFADORES!!!Alquilamos un coche por la web y cuando llegamos a la oficina nos dicen que tenemos que esperar, cuando conseguimos que nos atiendan nos dice que no tienen el coche seleccionado pero que nos darn uno de la misma gama o superior (1 mentira) aun as aceptamos porque nos haca falta para desplazarnos. Contina dicindonos que tenemos que pagar por un conductor adicional cuando eso es falso, tan solo hubo un conductor. Seguimos sumando el seguro a todo riesgo que se sacan de la manga cuando yo supuestamente lo haba contratado por la web. Depositamos el coche en la cochera donde nos dijeron y mi sorpresa es que veo que me descuentan de la cuenta 185 por el alquiler del coche ms 300 que me tienen retenidos en la cuenta despus de ms de 2 semanas de haber depositado el coche.En resumen ESTAFADORES!! JAMS VOLVER A ALQUILAR NADA CON ELLOS Y TODA LA MALA PUBLICIDAD QUE PUEDA Y MS.
This morning at 9.30a.m. we rented our car from Cordoba depot and a young lady by the name of Carmen helped us with all details. As we only speak English, we were so glad that she was able to converse with us. We had difficulty with the GPS on the chosen vehicle, but Carmen quickly organised a replacement car for us and keyed into the GPS our destination. This was very helpful and one of our best experiences with a rental agency.Well done Carmen!! Rob and Chris
The only bad experience I had in Andalucia was Hertz. We had a car booked few weeks before our trip and when we came to pick it up in Cordoba station it all started to be bad. First of all, the lady at the counter asked for our passports and when I said that Poland is in EU and we only need IDs, she grabbed a fat book with all the documents previews in it and studied my father's ID for about 5 minutes. She was barely speaking English. Then she gave me a full price which was way higher then the one I booked. When I pointed this out, she said it is because she gave me the most expensive insurance that I did not ask for. Finally, our card did not work. She said she can do nothing about it and was unhelpful and unpleasant. We did not get the car and went to a different car rental.
L agence de location de voiture la plus incomptente de celle que vous trouverez sur place. On rserve une voiture la veille le lendemain on arrive avec nos bagages (bien chargs quoi :) ) et notre rservation a disparu... Puis non en fait trop de voiture en panne... Prenez n importe quelle agence mais pas celle l .
